Cranford Inter-Schools Showjumping
Berkshire Agriculture of College (BCA) was the venue for this year’s competition. The event was attended by enthusiastic children and their parents & families. An extremely busy day which ran ahead of time due to the ultra efficient arena party and the organisers. I love shooting at BCA as this is one of the best indoor arenas around.
Some fantastic showjumping was witnessed which made taking pictures all the more easier! Especially the young ones who jumped fabulously. Congratulations to all the winners and we thank the committee for inviting us to attend their event.
All 4 classes were covered and to view the images, please click here.

MacMillan Cancer Fund Raising Event
On June 15th the first ever Zipline event was held at Xscape, Milton Keynes. SF Digital are proud to be involved with this event and we photographed all the brave zippers who zipped down the line from over 100m from the Xscape building. The event was extremely well organised and over 110 people zipped down the line and helped raised much needed funds for a great cause. For more info and details, visit the MacMillan website.

Canter for Cure
Equetech Sponsored Ride
After the huge success of the first Equetech ‘Canter for Cure’ Sponsored Ride at West Wycombe Park in 2007, raising £11,600 for the Cancer Research charity. Vale of Aylesbury Sponsored Ride
This event which usually happens at the end of March but was postponed to 27 April due to extreme wet weather. Were very lucky to have a great day except some passing showers in the morning. Some 650+ riders participated in this event which is held annually to raise funds for local charities. We are priviliged to be part of this showcase event.
As ever the most popular jumps were the water and the plane. This is where the most spectacular images are shot. This year we had 3 photographers covering the event shooting over almost 6,000 images. These images are available to view / buy through our website. Don’t forget, there is a 15% discount on all order during this week.
Our sincere gratitude to Stephen Proctor and the committee for giving us the opportunity to cover this event.

Official start to the Summer Series!!!
The outdoor Summer series for our Equestrian Events started last week. Just one small problem….
Or should I say a lot of snowy problem!!! I think we were better off indoors in the indoor arenas, at least it is dry inside. Where is the global warming everyone is going on about! So far in the last couple of weeks we’ve had 3 of our biggest events postponed due to wet / cold weather. I sincerely hope we have a warmer summer than we had last year.

Pulford Pirates FC
On a gorgeous summer afternoon (the only one this year so far!!!), a capacity crowd of 120 parents & kids watched the end of term footie match between the Year 2 v Year 3&4. What a match it turned out to be. The Year 2s played out of their skins to give a real scare to their senior counterparts. The Year 2s took the lead in the dying seconds of the 1st half scored by the brilliant Gianluca. The Year 2s defended resolutely until the final kick of the match when Callum scored to end the match 1-1.
The dreaded penalties loomed…. the final score being 8-8!! So well played the Pirates. All the parents are proud of you guys & gals.
A special thanks to Kevin Nicholls for all his coaching all year and for organising this game.
A goal-bound strike by Farhan was blocked by the Year 3/4 defence.
Callum terrorising the Year 2s with his lightning pace.
A thousand prayers for a penalty: Please score, please score, please score….
YEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
A brilliant penalty save by Alexander of Year 2 helped them save the match.
