How Your Free Call Works

Thinking about booking a call with us? Here's how it works so you know what to expect. First, pick a time on this page that suits you. The call is free. It lasts around 30 minutes and it's on Google Meet. Once you've booked, we email you the details. You'll get your Google Meet link and a calendar invite, so it's in your diary.

On the day you just click the link, we'll be there waiting for you. It does help to think about your goals beforehand. What would you like more of and what have you tried so far? The call itself has three parts. First, we get to know your business. We ask about your goals, your customers, and what you've already tried.

Second, we look at what's working and what's holding you back. We'll say it in plain English. Third, you get clear next steps. You get those whether you work with us or not. That really matters to us. This isn't a sales pitch. And there's no obligation. If we're not the right fit for you, we'll tell you. We'd rather be honest than waste your time.
