Google Analytics is the best free app by Google. Gives us a complete analysis of the visitor’s activities on our website.

 

Evernote is a ‘must use’ app for any business. This is the information hub where we store documents, files, contracts, audio  files and much much more. The mobile app allows us to share photos, meetings notes or any other kind of information.

 

Basecamp  keeps us our team super organised and productive. Basecamp makes it easy for people in different roles with different responsibilities to communicate and work together. It’s a place to share files, have discussions, collaborate on documents, assign tasks, and check due dates. Basecamp stores everything securely and can be accessed at anytime from anywhere.
 

 

We use Capsule to keep track of contacts, clients, suppliers who do business with us. It’s very easy to use and manages our sales pipeline, organises our emails and integrates very well with Google Apps, Mailchimp & Xero.

 

Moqups is a nifty HTML5 App we use to create wireframes, mockups or UI concepts. We use this when designing new websites.

 

Amazon Simple Storage Service also known as Amazon S3 is our digital vault for our files. It is by far the best and the most economical online storage for all your data.
 

We use Xero for our book keeping & accounting. Super easy to use and keeps track of all our sales, purchases,

 

If you hate all little receipts cluttering your waller or purse, then you’ll love Receipt Bank. All you do is take a picture of the receipt with your smart phone and throw away the paper receipt!. Receipt bank then enters all the information & uploads it to Xero.

 

For our online payment processing, Stripe allows us to accept payments directly from our sales invoice from Xero, manage our monthly subscription payments seamlessly and works really well on mobile phones & tablets.

 

Mailchimp is our email marketing software which we use to send all our marketing emails. We’ve used this for over 5 years now and would highly recommend to any business looking to get started with email marketing.

 

Dashlane manages all our passwords It is the world’s best password manager and secure digital wallet. Creates very strong passwords and auto-logins everywhere.

 

We use Sprout Social to manage all our social media accounts. Gives us detailed analytics to help us track our efforts.

 

Zapier automates our workflow, powers and connects our web apps to easily & seamlessly move data and automates the tedious tasks.
