Client video testimonials are one of the best ways to build trust with your potential clients or visitors to your website. These videos help companies promote their brands, products & services so their potential customers can see & hear good experiences of other people or companies.
A client video testimonial can entice your audience, offer a story or a case study of a human and can potentially connect with your audience via emotions, voice, body language and empathy. Here is a video from Maria of Love Feeling Fit. We have been working with Maria for over 2 years now, starting with creating a brand new website, Google AdWords, video marketing, banner ads, remarketing, blogging, email marketing and more.

“Hi, my name’s Maria, and I’m from Love Feeling Fit and my business is based in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. It’s a fitness business aimed at women who want to become fitter, feel healthier and happier and we run a big variety of classes every week and help people to achieve their fitness goals. It’s been established for 13 years and for the first 10 years it was under the franchise of Rosemary Connolly diets and fitness clubs.
So while it was under that franchise, everything was done for me. I didn’t have to worry about advertising because it was all sorted out for me. I didn’t have to worry about websites. I didn’t have to worry about booking systems. I didn’t have to worry about Google, anything. Absolutely everything was done. Whether it was done, rightly or wrongly, it was just done. So it was a no-brainer as a business person.
But back in 2013, the franchise went into administration and folded and it kicked me out on my own and I knew more than anything, that I wanted to keep doing what I was doing and I wanted to do it under my own brand, but I was just so lost.
I didn’t really know anything about websites, about branding. I did know a little bit about advertising. I knew what didn’t work, but I didn’t really know what worked. And I was in a really sticky place. It was just horrific. 2015 was my worst ever year and one month I think my turnover was about £800. I was skint, proper skint, and really struggling.
I even applied for a job, which is, if you are someone that’s been self-employed for a long time, applying for a job is the worst thing because you don’t want to work with someone else, you just wants to work for yourself. So I had to drive there, but I didn’t know how to do anything at all. Luckily in 2015, Farzana from SF Digital came to one of my classes and was asking me about my website, which I didn’t have. In fact, I’d had a go at buying a really cheap one off the internet and I hadn’t got anywhere with it at all.
And she introduced me to her husband Oz [Uzair] and he basically took me step by step through everything that I needed to do to get started. And I mean we started right at the beginning. He had a look at all my competitor’s websites for me and we picked the best things about them. We knew that what we wanted to do was create something really simple for my members to be able to go on to access and find out all about the classes and he really installed in me how important videos, video advertising and that type of thing would be for my business.
He came and shot the classes and he did testimonials for me and he put together an absolutely amazing website. I was so excited and this is no lie, everybody that went on there was amazed by it. I had every single person was like, Maria, this is absolutely brilliant and from that initial set up of the website, we’ve had a really strong relationship of if I need to know something, Oz- or SF Digital.”
I know I can completely trust them. They’ve helped me through Google AdWords, we did remarketing as well and we’ve also done blogging, YouTube videos, covering my re-rolls he’s absolutely brilliant because he’s a proper good entrepreneur that helps to guide me through and I tell you something, it’s been worth its weight.
I have paid independently to join separate coaching programs and I went on this coaching program, it cost me £7,000 do this program and what they told me, Oz had told me before I’d even started going on it and everything has just been amazing. And honestly, if you were in that place right now where you don’t really know where to start, and you’re feeling really lost, you don’t know who to go to. I can strongly and highly recommend SF Digital.
You won’t be disappointed, you really should go along, have a meeting and he will research your industry and fully understand it. My industry is a nightmare. I’m up against the big gyms, the big national gym companies because they’re based in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. I’m up against little Pilates instructors, I’m up against bootcamps, personal trainers and somehow I’m holding my own really strong. I’ve had the last couple of years have been my best years, trading for probably 10 years and I am working hard, I’m working smart and I’m able to concentrate on what I do.
Everything else is taken care of and that’s what you want. So don’t just take my word for it, you know, honestly, take a good look at what your competitors are doing and go and speak to them because they really will start you off from the beginning and help you get to where you want to be. And I really look forward to a strong future relationship with SF Digital and Oz.
And honestly, if he wasn’t there, I think I’d have a breakdown because I really, really trust and rely on them as a business. And you know, they’re not really holding my hands, but I feel more like they’re my partners, my partners in crime when it comes to tackling the website world and the fitness world.
